Lane, a workplace experience platform that powers more than 300 properties across eight countries, has raised $1.0M in a pre-seed round. The funding comes from Kae Capital, DeVC, Antler India, and Panthera Peak.
Founded in 2014, Lane鈥檚 no-code software handles the operational side of office life-room bookings, access management, communications, and events-for clients like Brookfield, Oxford, and Colliers. The company says its technology is built to scale globally while allowing local configuration, a pitch that has already landed it in 22 major cities. The fresh capital arrives as Lane looks to build on that footprint, though the company did not specify how the funds will be deployed.
