The race to make Generative AI more accessible just got a $150.0M boost for HyperAccel, a fabless company specializing in AI chips. The Series B funding, led by KRAFTON, will fuel HyperAccel's efforts to overcome the cost barriers associated with widespread GenAI deployment.
HyperAccel designs highly efficient hardware solutions specifically for large language model (LLM) inference, rather than traditional AI models or training. This targeted approach aims to make GenAI more affordable and ubiquitous by focusing on specialized, cost-effective chip designs.
